Eeek! I am SO excited to be jumping into our crazy summer season, and sharing an abundance of GORGEOUS weddings with you all!! We are kicking things off with these two lovebirds. I met Jeff & Bobbie in Florida of all places, as guests at Eric & Marissa’s stunning Longboat Key wedding. From Bobbie’s first email, I knew I *needed* to be their wedding photographer. They are two of the sweetest folks you could hope to work with; their love of life, and of each other, just shines through. Their wedding was no exception, as almost everyone present cried from either laughing too hard or tearing up at all of the sweet moments packed into this one magical day!
J&B have a love of all things Buffalo, so it was important to them to choose local vendors and historic places to be a part of their day. They gave us so much beauty to work with! I started with the ladies at Salon Elizabeth, where the bridal party was pampered before getting dressed in the suite. Meanwhile, Steve hung with Jeff & his crew at Hotel Henry from some prep before J&B’s sentimental ceremony at The Burchfield Penney Art Center. They wrote their own vows, and totally nailed it 😉 Afterwards, we whisked away to the Theater District and City Hall, before heading back to Hotel Henry for their reception. The dance floor was packed all night long, especially when Grandma was out there showing us all how to bust a move, and *especially* when Celine came on (I still have “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” stuck in my head, and probably always will!)
Bobbie & Jeff cultivated such a joyous day that was truly an extension of who they are as people. Fun-loving, easy-going, HAPPY. We have so many wonderful memories from this day, and couldn’t have ask for anything more!
Thank you both for trusting us to capture your BIG day. We just loved being a small part of it ❤
